Welcome to LiteratureMaster.com, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QuikZilla.com. LiteratureMaster.com provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Use and participation in this website is contingent upon your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

User Conduct and Obligations

You agree not to use the LiteratureMaster.com website to (i) obstruct or hinder the use and enjoyment of the website by other users; (ii) violate any applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations; (iii) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the LiteratureMaster.com website or servers; (v) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion, use or access of the LiteratureMaster.com website, including but not limited to eBooks, and eBook excerpts.
3. As part of the LiteratureMaster.com registration process you will provide us with current, complete and accurate information as requested by the registration form. You will then choose a user name and password. You take total responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You are also entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LiteratureMaster.com immediately of any unlawful and/or unauthorized use of your account or any other security violation. You understand that LiteratureMaster.com will not be liable for any loss or damage in any form incurred as a result of unauthorized usage of your account, with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses or damages incurred by LiteratureMaster.com as a result of your failure to comply with this clause. You also agree not to use anyone else's account, at any time, without the prior permission of the account holder.

Restrictions on Use

Neither LiteratureMaster.com nor QuikZilla.com warrants that the eBooks we currently offer will always be available in the formats currently supported, and reserve the right to discontinue any format at any time with or without notice. All eBooks at LiteratureMaster.com are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The use of these eBooks is intended for the LiteratureMaster.com user's personal and noncommercial use. Any other use of eBooks is strictly prohibited. Users may not modify, transmit, publish, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. No copying, redistribution, retransmission, publication or commercial exploitation of downloaded material will be permitted without the express written permission of LiteratureMaster.com and the copyright owner. In the event of any permitted copying, redistribution or publication of copyrighted material, no changes in or deletion of author attribution, trademark legend or copyright notice shall be made. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material. LiteratureMaster.com eBooks cannot be printed, or copied. Your use of LiteratureMaster.com eBooks constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Indemnity and Disclaimer of Warranty

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
